Qualifications 资格要求 
• Bachelor above, majored in Electrical Automation, Electronics-Mechanic or related majors.  学士以上，电气自动化专业、机电自动化或相关专业 
• More than 3 years experience in electrical automation design, especially for powder or  granule materials handling system for chemical, food, grain or tobacco industries; Familiar  with feeding, mixing and pneumatic conveying process etc. 三年以上电气自动化设计经验， 特别有在化工、食品、粮食加工及制烟业中粉体或颗粒料处理系统工程项目的相关应用经验， 输送包含计量喂料、混料及气力输送系统等经验。 
• Be good at electrical control application, including VFD control, varieties of sensors,  pneumatic components etc. 熟悉电气控制应用，包含变频控制、各种传感器、气动元件、 等的应用。 
• Familiar with PLC programming for PLC from Siemens or AB,HMI programming and  SCADA system; Be independent to program / commissioning the automation control  system with 3 years experience at least; 熟悉 PLC 编程（西门子或 AB）、人机界面编程组态以及上位机 SCADA 数据采集与监控系统；有三年以上独立编程/调试自动化控制系统的经验。

Function  
The Project Engineer will be responsible for liaising with the Client and  co-ordinating all aspects of the contract. The main  functions will primarily involve engineering and contractual matters,  however the Project Engineer may be requested to undertake other aspects  of work to assist other functions of the business, both within  and outside the Engineering Department.

You will  be a representative of the YIAO, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also  adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will become an  advisor and solution provider throughout the sales process. Scaling the business is our  one and only focus!  

Key Responsibilities  
• Create and develop a Sales Strategy to help obtain your personal quotas, as well as those  set by YIAO. 
• Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing  solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your sales territory. 
• Coordinate and work directly with Sales Leaders to provide feedback and current  opportunity status updates.  
• Ability to manage data maintaining clean and updated records for all leads and customers.  
• Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so you provide an accurate  representation of the company to all potential and current customers.  
• Cold calling; making many outbound calls to potential clients.  
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.  
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, etc.  
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients to manage. 
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.  
• Continually developing, nurturing, and growing your Sales Pipeline.  
• Must be influential and goal-oriented.  
• Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.  
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.  
• Must be able and willing to travel.  

Skills and Experience
